Triplex penthouse apartment in El Born district. Structural rehabilitation, full refurbishment and interior design of an apartment in a very old residential building (circa 1700) in the historical center of Barcelona.
A complete demolition of the three-storey old apartment -also creating a new mixed-composition slab- to create brand new spaces and distribution. Partition walls and facilities, as well as the two terraces, were completely demolished and a new open plant project was made from scratch. Resulting in a bright, comfortable and beautiful home with clear contemporary accents.
