Duplex Penthouse in Central Castellón. Complete demolition of a two-storey apartment. Partition walls and facilities, as well as the two penthouse terraces, were completely demolished and a new open plant distribution was made from scratch. Resulting in a bright, comfortable and beautiful home with clear contemporary accents.
In addition to the architecture and interior design project, a technical lighting project -with many LED indirect lighting- was also designed and developed. Also, an interesting tailored-made bathtub was designed -including some access steps-, of considerable dimensions, like a hammam, all of it coated with microcement.
