Limehome Valencia Hotel. Executive Project for a brand new hotel/aparthotel —also suitable for residential use as a residential building— comprising 24 apartments, 1 social center, and 2 basement floors for parking, in a historic and central area of the city, the Ruzafa neighborhood.
The project aims, through a contemporary approach to layouts and finishes, to achieve a unique architectural unity that blends into the historic surroundings of the Ruzafa neighborhood. To this end, the layouts have been conceived as connected, open spaces of great spaciousness and functionality, with top-quality materials and finishes and meticulous execution.
In order to make better use of the interior spaces (usable area), a mixed structure has been chosen: concrete for slabs and steel for columns, thus minimizing the impact of the loss of square meters (columns) on the ground floor.
