Structural rehabilitation, integral reform and interior design project of a house in a very old residential building (circa 1700) in the historic center of Barcelona.   Complete demolition of the old three-storey apartment -also creating a new composite slab- to create larger spaces and a new distribution.
Partition walls and installations were completely demolished, as well as the two terraces, and a new open plan project was carried out from scratch, resulting in a bright, comfortable and beautiful house with clear contemporary accents.   Barcelona, Spain.   Collaboration with GR4 Arquitectes.
