Duplex Penthouse in Castellón Centro.
Complete demolition of a two-storey apartment.
Partition walls and installations were completely demolished, as well as the two terraces of the penthouse and a new open plan and diaphanous distribution was made from scratch.
The result is a bright, comfortable and beautiful house with clear contemporary accents.   In addition to the architectural and interior design project, a technical lighting project was also designed and developed, with many indirect LED lights.
An interesting custom-made bathtub was also designed -including access steps-, of considerable dimensions, like a hammam, all covered with microcement.   Castellón de la Plana, Spain.   Builder and contractor: Inelván Instalaciones.
