Duplex Penthouse in Castellón City Center. Complete demolition of a two-storey apartment. Partition walls and installations were completely demolished, as well as the two terraces of the penthouse and a new open plan and diaphanous distribution was made from scratch. The result is a bright, comfortable and beautiful home with clear contemporary accents.
In addition to the architectural and interior design project, a technical lighting project – with many indirect LED lights – was also designed and developed. Also, an interesting custom-made bathtub was designed -including access steps-, of considerable dimensions, as a hammam, all of it covered with microcement.
