Apartment in El Cabanyal.
Complete renovation of an apartment in the seaside neighborhood of El Cabanyal.
The previous distribution, partition walls and installations were completely demolished and a detailed interior design project was carried out from scratch, with anopen plan.
The largest room in this contemporary style apartment is the living room with an integrated open kitchen-peninsula.
Recessed LED lighting in the kitchen and indirect lighting in the living room bring harmony to every corner.
We can also highlight the extractor hood, integrated and recessed in the ceiling.
It also highlights the opening through a translucent glass, connecting the living room with the bathroom and thus allowing the passage of natural light – but without allowing prying eyes – to the interior, resulting in a more pleasant indoor environment. Valencia, Spain. Co-designed with Tania Martín-Vivaldi.
