A comprehensive demolition of a house that became the most beautiful townhouse.

The project consisted of the structural rehabilitation and comprehensive reform of an old townhouse (semi-detached, 3 floors) in the historic center of Castellón de la Plana. The previous distribution, partitions and installations were completely demolished and a new open plan project was built from scratch.
