Cádiz 26-28′ building.
Basic and Executive Project for a new residential building -currently under construction and scheduled to be delivered by the end of 2023- consisting of 22 apartments, 1 commercial space and 2 basement floors for parking and storage rooms, in a historic and central area of the city.
The project aims, from a current conception of distributions and finishes, to achieve a unique architectural unit, which is integrated into the historic environment of the Ruzafa neighborhood.
To this end, the distributions have been conceived as connected and open spaces, of great amplitude and functionality, with materials and finishes of the highest quality and with a careful execution. In order to make better use of the interior space (usable area), a mixed structure has been chosen: concrete for slabs and steel for columns, thus minimizing the impact of the loss of square meters (columns) on the ground floor.
