Apartment in El Cabanyal. Full refurbishment of an apartment in the seaside district of El Cabanyal. The previous distribution, partition walls and facilities were completely demolished and a new plant project was made from scratch.
The largest room in this contemporary-style apartment is the living room with an integrated open peninsula kitchen. The embedded LED lighting in the kitchen and indirect lighting in the living room manages to bring harmony to every corner. We can also highlight the extractor hood, integrated and embedded in the ceiling.
Also remarkable is the opening through a translucent glass, connecting the living room with the bathroom and thus allowing natural light -but no prying eyes- to pass into the interior, resulting in a more pleasant interior environment.
Co-designed with Tania Martín-Vivaldi.
